For Job Seekers:

• Your CV and personal details are collected with your explicit consent
• Data is used solely for job matching and recruitment purposes
• Your information is shared with employers only when you apply for a job
• AI matching analysis is performed to suggest relevant opportunities
• You can withdraw consent and request data deletion at any time

For Employers:

• Company information is collected for verification and platform operations
• Candidate data shared with you must be handled in compliance with PDPA
• You must obtain necessary consents before processing candidate information
• Job posting data is retained only for the duration of your package
